1. About NEHI

North East Home Innovations is a home renovation consulting and materials sourcing company serving the NY Capital Region. North East Home Solutions ("NEHS") is a consumer-facing brand operated by NEHI.

Our role: NEHI provides project consultation services. We discuss your renovation project with you, scope the work, and refer you to an independent, vetted contractor from our network to complete the project. NEHI does not perform construction work and does not manage, supervise, or oversee the contractor's performance of the work. All construction, installation, and renovation services are performed by independent third-party contractors, not by NEHI employees or agents.

NEHI separately supplies materials to contractors on a business-to-business basis; this materials supply relationship is distinct from, and does not create liability for, any consumer-facing consultation or referral services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to make decisions about the property in question to use our services.

3. Our Services

Our services may include:

Homeowner project consultation and scoping

Referral to vetted, independent contractors (including our partner, One Day Doors and Closets of Albany)

Educational content regarding home renovation topics

NEHI Home Care, a subscription-based home maintenance membership (subject to separate membership terms provided at enrollment)

Materials sourcing and supply for contractor partners (B2B)

4. No Guarantee of Contractor Work

While we take steps to vet contractors in our network, NEHI does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, safety, cost, or outcome of any work performed by a contractor. Any contract for construction or renovation work is between you and the contractor directly. We recommend you review any contractor agreement carefully, verify licensing and insurance independently, and address performance concerns directly with the contractor.

NEHI is not a party to, and assumes no liability arising from, any agreement between you and a contractor, including disputes regarding workmanship, pricing, delays, property damage, or personal injury.

5. Consultations and Leads

By submitting a consultation request or contact form, you consent to being contacted by NEHI via phone, email, or text regarding your project. Information you submit may be shared with a matched contractor for the purpose of scoping or completing your project, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. NEHI Home Care Membership

If you enroll in a NEHI Home Care membership tier (Essential, Complete, or Premier), your use of that service is subject to the specific membership terms, pricing, and cancellation policy provided at the time of enrollment, which supplement these Terms.

7. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information

Use our website for any unlawful purpose

Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of our website

Scrape, copy, or misuse content from our website without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to NEHI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

In no event will NEHI's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services exceed the amount, if any, you have paid directly to NEHI for consultation services (excluding any amounts paid to independent contractors).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEHI, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
